This program is a culmination of the habits I've instilled upon myself and my clients over the last 17 years. This is the end result of what I "watched" work for my clients. The only way to fail at this is to not be consistent!

Male and female bodies work very differently, female bodies need to be fueled and worked very differently because our hormone makeup is so different.

Recovery is also different. Men often recover faster than women, but I have found that if women are diligent about their recovery protocol, they recover just as easily and nicely as their male counterpart.

This program is protein focused and that does NOT mean it's all about protein only! In this program we do eat all three macros. BUT we focus on making protein the priority since it's much harder to come by protein variety.

Our nation tends to be protein deficient! The standard American diet does not contain enough protein.

Muscle is a reservoir for your blood sugar and blood sugar is a major problem for the majority of Americans today. As you can see, building muscle tissue helps prevent and reverse Type 2 Diabetes!

We build the muscle tissue to provide a place for the blood sugar to go to and you learn to eat more protein as a result which balances out your plate.

What kind of tools will I need?

In all cases, all movement can be substituted with bodyweight work! Dumbbells, resistance bands or miscellaneous items like soup cans, and water bottles can be used. The floor, a stool, bench or couch can be used as well. A measuring tape and weight scale are also needed!

Will there be 1 on 1 sessions?

This program includes two one on one sessions per month to be used for virtual consulting, exercise discussion, performance and for offering exercise alternatives. These sessions do not have to be used but are there with a link for you to schedule at your convenience.

How many pounds can I expect to lose?

While there can never be any guarantees as each persons body is different, if you're diligent about the protocol, clients typically lose 5-20 pounds during the program. This protocol is a sustainable program for life and weight will continue to slowly drop as your body changes! The most important aspect is that inches tend to melt away faster than pounds leave the scale!

Is this program refundable?

Because of the nature of this program, we have a 7 day full refund available. After 7 days there are no refunds! But I can assure you I will not rest without over delivering. As long as you're showing up and being consistent you will have positive results!

Can men participate in this program?

Men can sure participate in this program! I've had many male clients have success using the same principles! Men, however, will be a part of their own group to keep the women's group more personal.

Will I feel more restricted with eating?

Absolutely NOT! I encourage you to eat things you like but we take a different approach in "when" and "how". You should not only never be over hungry, you should feel satisfied and energetic!

I have been active all my life, sports to hiking rarely did I work out with a focus on maintaining my body. I had remained pretty much injury free for almost 50 years. Yes, I had aches and pains but I was older and assumed this was just a normal part of aging.

My outlook changed in an instant one morning while playing racquetball. I turned hard and went down immediately. After a visit to the Doctor I learned I had a torn meniscus in my right knee.

This is an injury that is not easily repaired and does not really heal. The best solution is to avoid those activities that are likely to aggravate it.

I was lucky enough to have already attended some of Brenda’s classes with my wife and knew what a focus she had on the whole body.

After three months of focused training she was able to strengthen my legs, increase my flexibility and retrain my body to not put unnecessary pressure on the knees. Two years later I am healthier then I have been in years. The aches and pains are gone, I am more flexible and more active then I have been in over ten years. I continue to play racquetball several times a week with no discomfort.

My experience with Brenda has been life changing looking at my whole body: including exercise, diet and my mental approach. This is something that I could not have done without her coaching and expertise.
